TIBCO Developers

Position Description

The TIBCO Developer works with Architects, TIBCO consultants, AIPEX Consultants and the customer to develop state-of-the-art solutions in the areas of integration architecture, application integration and e-commerce.

This individual must have the ability to provide technical leadership in large and complex environments and have a track record of successful and referable projects. The Developer works with customers to identify requirements and must have the technical and business skills needed to develop cost effective solutions that meet functional and performance requirements.

Mandatory Key Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated experience with TIBCO ActiveEnterprise product experience
• Demonstrated TIBCO BusinessWorks and/or IntegrationManager experience
• Demonstrated Iprocess, TIBCO Business Connect and GI experience
• Demonstrated J2EE development experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong client interface abilities
• Educational requirements include a MS Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or BS with significant experience or equivilent
• Excellent understanding of the software product management process and project life cycle methodologies
• Ability to travel interstate

Preferred

• TIBCO BusinessWorks training and/or certification
• Strong application server experience (BEA Weblogic and/or IBM WebSphere)
• Consulting experience in finance, telecommunications.
